After a break of more than 10 years, the Latvian National Museum of History will open the gates of the restored Riga Castle to visitors, offering a program of events "Meeting in Riga Castle" on 26 and 27 October. Read more

Until 27 October at Dauderi department (Zāģeru iela 7, Sarkandaugava) glass work exhibition “River of Light” by glass artist Inga Jaunzeme is on display. Read more

Until the end of 2024, in the renovated premises of the Riga Castle, the museum will first offer to explore the renovated premises, as well as a separate program of events for different audiences. Read more

The seminar program will analyze from various aspects how the operation of museums and other cultural places is influenced by the space – place, the surrounding environment, by which we understand both purely functional and practical infrastructure issues, as well as the image of the place, perception by different audiences.
