On 4 May special program

On 4 May, 1990 the Supreme Soviet adopted the declaration “On the Restoration of Independence of the Republic of Latvia”. This event became a turning point in the process of regaining Latvia’s independence.

The museum at Riga Castle is open from 11:00 to 17:00 offering a special programm and free entry.

The Popular Front Museum is open from 11:00 to 18:00 offering a special programm and free entry.
