Improvement of the Riga Castle surroundings

Dear visitors! Continuing the improvement of Riga Castle and its surroundings, SJSC “State Real Estate” are working on the Daugavas gāte.

The project will include the reconstruction of the rain sewerage, water supply and sewerage networks, the installation of lighting and an information stand at the south facade of the castle. As with any construction work, these improvements will entail certain restrictions, so we apologise for any inconvenience caused!

During this time, the Museum will not be restricted – we look forward to seeing you as before on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 to 18:00, Fridays from 10:00 to 20:00, Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 to 17:00!
