Lāčplēsis day

On Lāčplēsis day, the Latvian National Museum of History  from 10:00 to 20:00 invites you to remember the freedom fighters and defenders of independence of Latvia, taking the time to get to know them better!

The museum invites you to view a special relic – a complete set of the Lāčplēsis Military Order, which belonged to Latvian Army General Jānis Balodis.

On this day, entrance to the museum will be free, as every year.
