Guided tour in Dauderi garden and park “41 Step Above the Dauderi Dune”

On 17 October at 12:00 the museum organizes a special guided tour “41 Step Above the Dauderi Dune,” during which you can learn about the history of Dauderi garden and park, as well as climb the 23-meter (or 41-step) high viewing platform of the artificial castle ruins tower. From there, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the entire Sarkandaugava neighborhood across the roofs of the brewery buildings, towards the Daugava River and Mežaparks. During the tour, you will also have the opportunity to see preserved visual evidence from the tower’s history.

The cost of the tour is EUR 6.00. The number of places in the tour groups is limited, so the museum invites you to register in advance by writing to dauderi@lnvm.gov.lv or calling +371 67392229; +371 67391780.
